In June of 2000, we began a Clown Ministry at our church. We began our ministry with one clown and have grown to five clowns with a promise of two or three more participants. The Clown Ministry is a fun and exciting way to witness for Chirst.

We look forward to becoming more involved in the ministry to our community.

Clown Minister's Prayer
Help me to create more laughter than tears, Dispense more happiness than gloom; spread more cheer than despair.
Help me to present the gospel of Christ in such a way that hearts will be touched and God's love will be shared.
Never let me grow so big that I will fail to see the wonder in the eyes of a child or a twinkle in the eyes of the aged. Never let me forget that I am a CLOWN - that my work is to cheer people up, make them happy, and make them laugh, make them forget momentarily all the unpleasant things in their lives -
Let me be open to share as the Spirit leads in prayer and in play drawing children of all ages closer to the love of God and His grace.
Never let me jeopardize the integrity of clowndom by improper conduct. Help me to always remember that I have been called to serve the King of Kings. And He has chosen this unique ministry to touch the hearts of those in pain, both physical and spiritual.
Never let me acquire financial success to the point where I will discontinue calling upon my Creator in the hour of plenty but I will bring to Him all glory and honor due His mighty Name.
